Why a sealed indictment? Probably because if released we would find it laughable. And this is the fiddling that Bragg has been doing while NYC burns.

Someone from the DA’s leaked that information yesterday given the reported number of “34” charges turned out to be true.

That’s a felony.

“4. (a) Grand jury proceedings are secret, and no grand juror, or other person… may, except in the lawful discharge of his duties or upon written order of the court, disclose the nature or substance of any grand jury testimony, evidence, or any decision, result or other matter attending a grand jury proceeding.”

Bragg has bragged that he prosecutes people all the time in NY for having false business records.

I’ll just ask: how many drug dealers have been prosecuted in the past six months for having false business records?

Or, how many stolen gun salesmen have been prosecuted for having false business record?

That is what I thought.

A big, fat, nothingburger.

This is simply the first in the pile-on that they will attempt to use to dissuade fence sitters from voting for President Trump.

All 34 charges allege that he committed with intent a crime starting in Feb. 2017 and continuing to Dec 2017.

Since Trump was President at that time and Eric was running the Trump companies how does Bragg prove intent?

There are not, in reality, anything like thirty-four charges. There is pretty much, just one charge. They just printed near identical copies of the original, thirty-four times.

If you read one, you have read them all.

how does Bragg prove intent

Because Orange Man Bad. That is all they have. Nothing more.

And if Bragg is trying to prove intent, why can’t Pres Trump use the Hillary defense?

I’m thinking that all of this was done by someone else, someone with some insane TDS, Bragg is being put out there to be cannon fodder and take the heat. They either have something on him or he’s being compensated, handsomely, knowing that his career is soon to be over.

My one concern is, after Pres Trump beats this case, there isn’t much more they can do to the man other than go after him physically. As in, fly a plane into MarALago or some other form of attack. His SS detail best be on their toes.

You know that and I know that, but the left is ecstatic at that “34” number and the fact that the media knew yesterday to report it, shows the information was leaked. This was a pile-on. And even the lefty judge should know if he doesn’t dismiss them in full, he has lost any respect for himself and outed himself as just a political player.

Not a copier. A word processor with dates changed.

New York lawyers must get their JDs from Cracker Jack boxes.

I have a headache from all this.
