Seems like Bragg’s entire group suffers from TDS.
One has to ask how cases are doled out. Are the judges on some type of list and as they become available they get random cases assigned to them? Did Bragg delay the indictment so it would land in this courtroom?

I wonder if this, which never ever should have even been put in motion, will end up going all the way to the Supreme Court.
And the former 3rd in charge at DOJ brought in a few months ago to revive this case for who? For Joe Biden. Joe Biden using the DOJ to take out his political opponent AND he proudly announces it AND 1/2 the country will be cheering that he did so. People, we don’t have bumbling Alzheimer’s patient for a President, we have Stalin.
Even if it does it will take a long time. The left is taking out the one political opponent they know could win. The question really is, how does the rest of the country respond? They already blatantly stole the Arizona Gov and AG race and dare the people to do anything about it. AZ was stolen so they can rig the 2024 Pres election. And people, even on FR are complaining about Trumps mean Tweets.
I believe it will, through an emergency appeal, especially the gag order if one is imposed.
