It was obvious that even CNN's Dana Bash wasn't buying into the BULLSHIT spouted by Michael Cohen's lawyer, Lanny Davis. Basically Davis is claiming that Cohen lied when he pleaded guilty to tax evasion but he somehow wasn't really lying.
