According to a leak to WaPo, Jack Smith has emails and texts from a former Trump aide showing Trump may have rummaged through his boxes of classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago after he was subpoenaed in May 2022. Well, yeah. I was served with a subpoena once. I did a lot of rummaging right after that happened … to search for the documents and items listed in the subpoena.

It will. If President Trump had nominated the best available (Kathleen Bates), this whole Special Master thing would be resolved.

When DeSantis figures out what "Loyalty" means, and definitively, declaratively states he is not running for POTUS 2024, all such events and comments from President Trump will cease, until then, he's fair game.
Additionally, when he disavows the GOP-E support he is and has gotten, then he has a chance for POTUS 2028, if not, he is toast.
