Misses the point. NY is running all of America now. Remember when GM went bankrupt out somehow ended up in a New York State bankruptcy court, qeven though GM had no offices in New York?

It has been that way since the founding of our nation. The State of New York(It’s called the Empire State for a reason.) is home to a major world financial center, which is New York City/New Amsterdam.(I mention New Amsterdam because my Dutch ancestors owned a lot of real estate in NY between 1638 & 1800)

I heard a rather chilling speculation from one of the Fox News lady commentators as to what might happen if we are treated to the spectacle of seeing the Secret Service refuse to allow the former president of the United States to be hand cuffed on national television. This of course does not end well.
