During Wednesday’s House Armed Services Committee (HASC) hearing on the “FY24 Defense Budget Request,” U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-01) grilled Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Mark Milley on Drag Queen Story Hours occurring on U.S. military installations across the country.
In response, Austin, without evidence, claimed Drag Queen Story Hours were not occurring on military installations.

“Trust but verify” is in order. General Mrs. Milley is a lying SOB. I wouldn’t trust a damn thing he says.

Miley’s word is not worth the paper that his statement is printed upon. Drag Queen story hour will not stop on military bases. They may be hidden with attendees vetted carefully to make sure no one will release video in order to keep it from the public eye. But they will not stop.
However, good for Gaetz in at least getting such a statement on record.
