Another day, another leak.
Chief Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee ordered former Vice President Mike Pence to testify before a grand jury about his conversations with President Trump related to January 6.
This is an unprecedented attack on Trump’s authority and executive privilege which is derived from the constitutional separation of powers.
Special Counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed Mike Pence in February.
Pence argued that as president of the Senate, he was acting as a member of the legislative branch on January 6 and is therefore protected by the DOJ’s demands.
Judge Boasberg ruled that Pence can decline to answer any questions about his time presiding over the senate.
However, Boasberg ordered Pence to testify to the grand jury about his conversations with President Trump, according to a leak to CNN.
Pence has previously stated he will appeal this ruling.

Boasberg was born in San Francisco, California, in 1963,[3] to Sarah Margaret (née Szold) and Emanuel Boasberg III.[4][5] The family moved to Washington, D.C. when Boasberg’s father accepted a position in Sargent Shriver’s Office of Economic Opportunity, a Great Society agency responsible for implementing and administering many of Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty programs.[6][7] Boasberg received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in 1985, where he was a member of Skull and Bones,[8] and a Master of Studies the following year from St Peter’s College, Oxford.[9] He then earned his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 1990.[9][10]
Why worry?
Trump did not break any law.
The general public is getting sick and tired of these show trials. Nobody can even keep track of what they are accusing Trump of anymore.
All this clown is doing is making Trump a sympathetic figure.
Trump isn't.
The MSM is doing it anyway, much to their chagrin.
And Clinton’s problems weren’t a witch hunt. Clearly not even in the same universe. Clinton’s was an own goal that the media tried to make it look like a witch hunt.

Benedict Pence will sing a different tune while he is under oath.
No doubt Pence will denounce Trump when Pence is not under oath.
President and VP have not independent powers, so says the judge. Pence, what’s your reading on constitution on this one?
Bummer for Pence - he’d be protected from these goons, if he simply SUPPORTED Trump.
If Pence had any balls he would just use the Hillary technique and say “I don’t recall”.
The danger for Pence is they will Flynn him if he does not give them what they want.
Smith is a complete psycho.
I’m sick and tired of paying for them.
The cost of these witch hunts would make a good ad campaign.
It would. Particulary the ABC/Disney J6 production cost.
As if Pence needs to be ORDERED to continue to stab Trump and patriots in the back.
