Useless article. It says “asked a judge.”

What judge? What court? Who appointed the judge? What is his or her record on key issues?

Once all the evidence comes out, it will be clear that the J6 riots were deliberately planned to disrupt a peaceful, raucous demonstration with the exclusive purpose of discrediting Pres. Trump and his supporters. To the extent that there was any “insurrection” that “insurrection” was the product of deliberate, illicit government action, not any action by either President Trump or his supporters. All Trump supporters who participated in any illegal activity that day were entrapped by government agents and Antifa thugs posing as trump supporters. All of them should be pardoned.

Trump supporters are dangerous insurrectionists and no undercover police “agents provocateurs” were involved J6. Also, you can’t show video because it would compromise identity of our undercover agents.

"What judge? What court? Who appointed the judge?"

Once I had a neighbor who had a sort of middle aged handyman around to do chores and run errands. This handyman was known by everyone as "The Judge". Everyone assumed he was a former judge.

Well it turned out he was a former judge. One day I found out that he had once judged a beauty contest. LOL. But by then everyone knew him as "The Judge", ignorant of how he got his monicker.

To be fair, most of the "judges" on the DC Peoples' Court got there because they're "politically reliable".

Which is why you don't want to go up in front of those Roland Freisler clones.

We had a former (then retired) judge living next door to us when we bought our house in 1983. He was a drunk. He would show up on our doorstep wanting to be neighborly and chat, but he was so gross we would always do anything we could to say “Bye, we are busy.” The more it kept up, the more curt and rude we got.

Some judge.

Thanks. I skimmed the cited article (either an excerpt of the original Epoch Times article or a reprint) and could not find that.

It is as I expected. Good luck finding an honest, non-partisan judge appointed by Obama interested in getting to the truth.

Rudolf Contreras, of the US District Peoples' Court of the District of Columbia.

He's an Obama stooge, confirmed by voice vote in the Senate [usually, that's a BAD sign in these sort of confirmations. Means neither side has a problem with him.].

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolph_Contreras

He's currently the presiding Stooge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court [FISA].

That's another bad sign.

“politically reliable”.

What a polite way to put it.

U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras

Contreras is the kind of judge who would convict an innocent person in order to "protect" assets and sources like an undercover police officer, even if that officer was abusing his power under color of authority.

The real reason for the FedSurrection was to interrupt the vote on returning the electoral vote ballots to the States where the Steal happened.

Senators who were planning on voting to do that - like Kelly Loeffler - changed their votes.

Mission accomplished.

At the time I noted that happening and thought that it was an ANTIFA goal, not realizing just how far gone the FBI really is.

But that was the primary mission, and delegitimizing Trump was secondary.

I question the right to keep these traitors’ identities secret. What right does a criminal have to privacy from showing his criminal acts, especially the crimes of a law enforcement officer committed against the general public.

Hmm...”Better a hundred innocent people rot in jail than a single one of the people who put them there illegally be identified” is a sort of shaky argument, IMHO.

So the fed prosecutor is refusing to release exculpatory evidence? It seems like that’s the new angle the left is using; arguments like safety and security to keep citizens from obtaining evidence that could exonerate them. Our system of Justice is dead.

Why did Pelousy refuse help?

This is all I would need to know that it was a staged insurrection brought on by the DemonRats.
