Stick a fork in him, he’s done

Game over, man. The Trump Grand Jury proceedings have been suspended for the week. Karma has caught Alvin Bragg, who is giving Joe Biden a run for the personal history embellishment award.

Manhattan's new District Attorney Alvin Bragg regularly gives speeches about his childhood, recalling that cops and civilians pointed guns at him a half dozen times, and says it's his hardships growing up in Harlem that make him the right man for the moment.

But critics familiar with his upbringing tell DailyMail.com that he actually enjoyed quite a cushy existence and should stop distorting his past to justify reforms that would keep all but the most serious felons out of jail.

Bragg, the first black Manhattan DA, grew up in Harlem but on one of the safest blocks around, an upper middle-class enclave of brownstones known as Strivers Row, and since age 4 commuted to the elite Trinity School on Manhattan's Upper West Side - details he conveniently leaves out when he makes his case.

But Bragg has bigger problems now. It appears he withheld Brady material.
There are now accusations of prosecutorial misconduct being leveled against Bragg, since he sent the grand jury only six “cherry-picked” emails in the case, instead of hundreds of pages of documents that contained potentially exculpatory evidence, as Costello claimed in an interview.
And then there's this bombshell.

Michael Cohen's lawyer makes very clear that Cohen used his own funds to pay off Stormy Daniels and that Trump had no knowledge of it.

Trump needs to do a mega rally just putside New York City that shuts dow the interstates for a few days. About a week of no trucks hauling food into New York City or the New England states should quiet Bragg down.

did bragg get orders to leak a POSSIBLE arrest to change the subject on the biden bank records

we shall see

if he gets promoted down the line then we will know for sure

holder was the US Attorney for DC he refused to indict Harold Ickes a clinton lackey

he got a nice promotion; i believe it was deputy ag and we know from there he became obama’s wingman

if you show them you are willing to play their game

good things will come your way

Is it Brady material if it’s a Grand Jury? I thought the prosecutor doesn’t have to in that case?

From Scalia to Roberts and then to the recent liberals to Bragg - do you see a trend? Even the formerly radical Dershowitz is of the old school on that scale.

The last time he called for protests 15 people showed. I think after January 6th, people are Leary of calls for protests. Rally’s are a different story. Apparently 15K will be in waco on Saturday.

Bragg is a race-baiting affirmative action clown, but he’s under no obligation to provide exculpatory evidence to the GJ. The State’s obligation to provide “Brady” material commences after indictment. However, an ethical prosecutor would decline to prosecute if they knew of exculpatory evidence that would exonerate a defendant.

“BA and JD from Harvard!”

And he earned them, too, without any admissions or grading preferences at all.

Brady material before a grand jury? The DA has a duty to not pursue a matter if they have direct evidence indicating there was no crime committed. THAT is the misconduct.

Brady motions are issued by the defense after the indictment in the discovery phase. If Bragg has the proof Trump committed no crime and he indicts anyway and the proof is then given Trump’s lawyers in response to a Brady motion the defense will immediately file a motion for summary dismissal and a formal complaint for misconduct.

Bragg is trying to create a crime based on campaign finance law that nobody else sees. It’s a novel theory that is a joke. He is stalling now because the disclosure of the evidence of innocence makes his theory harder. In effect, he’s trying to prove the elements of a crime in light of the new evidence so he can claim that the proof is irrelevant to the charge. A very tall order.

On one hand, this is objective evidence of why large cities like New York need to collapse, so that clowns like Bragg no longer have a playground. On the other hand, the voters of New York elected him,. so they deserve the government they voted for.

Maybe after this term, he can run for Mayor of NYC and wreak even more havoc on the town. The sooner these large cities collapse, the better for America and Earth. The only concern I have is where the survivors head for. Hopefully nowhere near civilization. I hear Wakanda always welcomes new people......

Did they though?

Can we really, honestly, be sure of ANY “election” result now?
