I track my sleeping SPO2% with a Fitbit Charge4. If I do nothing, my SPO2% will hover between 91% and 92%. If I add 50 mg GABA, 400 mg bromelain and 650 mg NAC at bedtime, the SP02% bumps between 94% and 96%. I bumped from 91 to 95 in one evening. The bromelain/NAC combo is sold as a blended product that has shown effectiveness against the spike protein. I'm happy with the consistent improvement of SP02%.
