This is a new concept in US courts that the judge rules that you may not ask certain questions, and that you may not make certain arguments in your defense.

I can’t believe this judge’s decisions and obvious bias will not cause his decisions to be overturned. However, it will take at least a year to go through the first stage of appeal to the point a higher court issues a decision. And, that’s if the defendant has the funds and support for any such filings, and that the case is not assigned to an equally biased panel of judges.
This entire boondoggle has been an egregious miscarriage of justice and it is disheartening to find the legal profession cheering on such actions.
