At the 37:30 mark, Judge Nap was asked about the files the CIA won’t produce related to the JFK assassination. His response was alarming:
I’ll tell you a story about JFK. So Trump, as you know, I was privledged to be consulted by him many, many times during his Presidency on the phone. He twice considered me for the Supreme Court, another story for another time.
But in one of our interviews, he said to me, don’t forget, I’m going to release the JFK files. I said, “I’m not going to forget it Mr. President, on the contrary, I’m going to remind you.”
The last conversation we had while he was in the White House, which is now about two weeks or 10 days before Joe Biden is being inaugurated, I reminded him of this.
He said to me, “Yes, you’re quite correct Judge I did say that, but, if you saw what I saw, you wouldn’t release it either. Some day when we’re not on a phone call with 15 other people listening (meaning people in the White House), I’ll tell you what I saw.”
Now what the hell did he see, … I don’t know. It must have terrified him and he’s one of the strongest character’s I ever known in my life and suddenly he became afraid to follow through on a promise he made, not just to me, but the American public several times. It had to be the CIA…

Maybe not wholly supported, but it seems a sensible deduction.
After all, I think we can rule out Trump being afraid to release it because he’s scared of LBJ, or Castro, or the Soviet Union, since none of them exist anymore.
So that really only leaves a couple of “prime suspects” left.

Nap is an untrustworthy attention whore. He made a practice of stabbing Trump in the back. With that in mind l haven’t a clue what to make of this story.
Technically, every single President since JFK has participated in the cover up. Dispute that if you can.
I disagree because trump said it was something that Napolitano would not release either.
If the CIA killed Kennedy I think Napolitano would release it in a minute.
More likely something very embarrassing about president Kennedy or something amazing like a top foreign leader providing us with intelligence. Like Russia or China.
Just guessing.
If it is that bad...all the more reason to release it. Of course, we should expect that if released, there would be at least a hot civil war as a result and at most Global Thermonuclear war.

Maybe you just credit Napolitano with more bravery than Trump does. Trump’s an egotist. If he was scared to release it, it’s not likely he would consider anyone else braver than himself.

Because it undoubtably would implicate the CIA (along with a host of others), and would have revealed to the American people that it is the deep state that runs things and not the President, and has remained that way since JFK’s assassination. I’ve always thought the main reason they went all out to remove Trump was because he wasn’t onboard with these wars the neocons had planned.
This could mean anything.
