If by “ Pro Ukrainian Group”, they mean Victoria Nuland and Jake Sullivan,??? Then yes they did it.
It’s SLOWLY dawning on the Biden puppet masters that by committing an ACT OF WAR against countries (i.e., Germany and Russia) with which we are not at war THEY personally could be held criminally and civilly responsible for resulting damages (direct and indirect) in international or foreign courts.
We’ll know if the Biden regime has had this “come to Jesus” realization moment if they send Attorney General Merrick Garland to Ukraine. OH, WAIT…. THEY’VE ALREADY SENT GARLAND TO UKRAINE.

After all 4 of them, INDEPENDENTLY, verified that the Times did make it the top story on their website, they could barely contain their laughing...and the Live Stream nearly collapsed as they had to pull themselves together just to make any comments.

I would say its Biden not the Ukrainians - or its Biden and the Ukrainians were fully aware of it. Sounds like something like Biden and his Deep State cronies, including never Trump Republicans would hatch together. Linda Graham knows. So does McCarthy.

Its not that hard. Ukraine certainly has scuba divers. There are plenty on contract work internationally. Going down to 70m is not unusual for offshore pipeline/oilfield work.
And to lower a one-ton depth charge over the side of a ship, a converted fishing trawler say, is not that big a deal either.
I vote for the Ukrainians. And as per German reports they were working out of Polish ports, so the US and the Poles both likely assisted by looking the other way.
