subtext: "Look what I'VE got!" I knew a girl with Yugoslavian contacts back in the 70's. She went over there for a visit, and came back with a gigantic pair (the result of some sort of medical treatment with unintended (?) consequences).
Also, she played volleyball. The visual of that was indelible in my mind. I thought of her as "jumpin' joan" ever after.
