The Dept of Justice itself is unconstitutional. It was created via Executive Order by President Grant. It can easily be repealed with a stroke of the pen.

Garland will not defend unborn defenseless American Citizens. Why should he defend the Constitution?
As far as ‘protect and serve’, when asked about the safety of the Justices of the Supreme Court, everyone knows of one met their demise, Garland believes he’d get a second chance at the seat. There I said it! (You know it’s true)
Garland is nothing more than a stop-gap.
