Democrat presidential candidates always seem to choose ignoramuses as their running mates.....Clinton chose Al Gore, Kerry chose John Edwards, Hillary chose Tim Kaine, Obama chose Biden, Biden chose Harris.......................
Biden did not choose anybody. He did what he was told to do. Somebody else made the choice for Harris.
I believe the same conditions applied to the Obama-Biden selection.
