Sometimes we see slojo and other times we see a double. Why the change is made is not known. I think it is speaking vs. otherwise. I don’t believe we have been seeing slojo speaking in Europe.
I think they roll him out when they think he is not too tired or can’t screw up too much. In this instance he was headed for Slavobia after the turn. Whoever that was with him tried to help him in the turn.
Pitiful. He belongs in a dementia facility.

Biden’s condition is obviously worsening and his public appearances are being being managed on a day to day basis, undoubtedly with considerable help from meds. He is incredibly frail.
Imagine the media’s reaction if Trump had exhibited even the slightest sign of aging.

Imagine the media’s reaction if Trump had exhibited even the slightest sign of aging.He didn't even have to exhibit signs of aging. Remember when he carefully walked down a wet/icy surface after a speech and the media was saying that he was uncertain and it showed signs that he was too old to continue in office. He was just being careful, as anyone would have walking down a slick slanted surface.
