(Via Daily Mail) – Hungary’s far-right Prime Minister Viktor Orban snubbed Wednesday’s meeting in Warsaw with President Joe Biden and the other Bucharest Nine leaders after insisting Donald Trump was the only person who could broker peace with Vladimir Putin.
Orban has been an outlier on the war in Ukraine, chiding the European Union for prolonging the conflict and saying in October that only former U.S. President Donald Trump could negotiate a deal between the Ukrainians and Russians to end the conflict.
‘This is going to sound brutal, but hope for peace goes by the name of Donald Trump,’ Orban said at the time, arguing Biden wasn’t the man for the job because he has ‘gone too far’ in calling Russian President Vladimir Putin a ‘war criminal.’ (read more)

Sebastian Gorka was on Steve Bannon today talking about Viktor Orban.
Gorka is from Hungary, used to work for Orban and knows him very well. Today on Bannon he stated that Orban is Communist. I’m waiting to hear more.
Deep State politicians clutch their pearls at the thought of foreigners interfering in our elections. Yet the have been interfering in Hungarian erlectoins for over a decade. $700,000 in 2017 for left-wing Hungarian media. “Prime Minister Viktor Orban snubbed Wednesday’s meeting in Warsaw with President Joe Biden.” How rude. Well Hungary was excluded from the guest list for President Joe Biden’s Summit for Democracy, to be held virtually on December 9 to 10. The war in the Ukraine is a disaster. If it leads to a larger war it could be the end of the U.S. Is Zelensky really that popular in Ukraine? He has pulled some Communist acts like banning the Orthodox Church. The Hungarian people see through this corruption and will repeatedly elect Orban.
Well, I don’t know about Orban in particular, but there is a strange phenomenon in Europe where sometimes the communists and the populist right find common ground and form coalitions against the “centrist” socialists and social democrats. It happened in France and Germany so maybe the same type of thing goes on in Hungary.
Thank you for a great reply. I just hope the US will see the light before this escalates to a point of no return. By nature I am not a betting person, but in this case if I had to make a bet I would say Russia is not about to concede if for no other reason then for the principle to keep the US from encroaching on their turf and for the other to save face and can’t say I blame them. Very similar when Kennedy told Russia to forget about Cuba and get the hell out of there.
