Full disclosure: I bought a Nebbish as a gag item when I was in High School (circa 1955 - 1959). IIRC, it was promoted as being "The ONLY thing more useless than a parakeet!

Definitely, his head’s way too big for his helmet, and he still manages to have a white starched collar, dress shoes and pants. As opined by several, pothole Pete’s not a hard hat kind of guy.
