Back when I used to attend baseball games (decades ago) I would often escort women into the guys restrooms. The women’s restroom lines were always ginormous. I even remember some women who would come in without an escort, loudly announcing their presence, apologizing profusely, and cursing the looooong lines for the women. There were no bushes to squat behind, and, when you gotta go, you gotta go.
Back then, any male trying to enter the women’s restroom would have been tossed out of the stadium, and would have ‘fallen a few times’ on his way out the door.
