What the United States military needs is a small prop-propelled blimp drone that can be easily transported, rapidly inflated, and operate an extremely high altitudes. Arm it with a rapid fire shotgun and it could poke just enough holes in the offending ballon to sink it slowly to the ground for examination and you are done.

What bothers me about this was Sen Kennedy’s cryptic message about locking your doors at night. We might be overlooking this whole thing by ignoring that there maybe a criminal element to all this. China and other countries launch “dark fishing boats” to fish in other countries waters, we are getting cyber attacks hourly from Russia and Korea, and don’t forget the drug cartels.. Maybe this is another extension to the criminal world where they are stealing data from right under our noses, monitoring our movements and such? The criminal world rakes in billions with just the illegal fishing, just imagine what they are profiting on the unknowns.
