Last Tuesday, State Sen. Celina Villanueva, D-Ill, 11th Dist., introduced legislation to allow illegal aliens to register to vote in Illinois school board elections.
The proposed legislation reads:
"The State Board of Education shall create a voter registration affidavit that shall be the exclusive means by which a noncitizen of the United States may register to vote in school board elections."

When I first read the banner, I thought it said “let’s keep all electrons away from illegal immigrants” and I was like “What about the positrons? And the neutrons? What about THEM?”
A large portion of the illegal aliens go back and forth to their home country, illegally re-entering the US multiple times. That's not an immigrant.

Elite Democratic lawmakers, after decades of unthinkingly murdering unborn Democratic voters, are now unsurprisingly desperately looking for ways to weaken the constitutionally enumerated voting power of qualified ordinary patriots imo.
Patriots are reminded that the post-Civil War congressional record shows that federal lawmakers argued that renegade states that allow non-citizens to vote ultimately wrongly nullifies Congress's constitutionally enumerated power to establish a uniform rule of naturalization for new citizens.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization [emphasis added], and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but" * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphases added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. " Whatever difference there may be as to what other rights appertain to a citizen, all must agree that he has the right to petition and also to claim the Protection of the Government. These belong to him as a member the body politic, and the possession of them is what separates citizens of the lowest condition from aliens and slaves. To suppose that a State can make an alien a citizen or confer on him the right of voting would involve the absurdity of giving him the direct and immediate control of the action of the General Government, from which he can claim no protection and to which he has no right to present a petition [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. If this were a better world, state Sen. Celina Villanueva, and the federal lawmakers that would otherwise let her get away with her voting legislation, would arguably lose their offices under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for open rebellion against the voting power of Illinois citizens.
"Article IV, Section 4 (4.4): The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
"14th Amendment, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof [emphases added]. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.
If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.
In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.
Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.
States’ rights here. While I don’t agree with illegals voting, if the state they are in does, I don’t live there. And as long as they keep their voting inside the state and not effecting the other states or federal law, it’s none of my business. If people move out of that state taking their money and jobs with them because of this determination by the state, the state representatives knew the job was dangerous when they took it.
And if any of their votes are determined to be illegal, they lose their say in federal elections because the state disenfranchised the voters, the state is fined, and if proven intentional, the people who allowed the voting get a minimum of 10 years in federal prison, no plea bargain and no chance at parole. Make it hurt for their preference. That they will understand.
