By ‘religion’, I meant that people don’t necessarily follow rigid ‘rules’ about these choices. They may simply take the initial shots, and refuse the boosters for various personal reasons.
Your question to the other poster seemed to assume that someone who took the first shots would take the boosters.
I’m sure that hasn’t been true in many cases.
