Then she warns him that the proceeding is confidential and not to be discussed yet she releases it to the public today.

Once served on a jury until the prosecutor erroneously referred to a defendant’s testimony that hadn’t occurred.
Under the Fifth he was and walked out of the courthouse with a smile on his face. Dismissed.
Can’t prosecute Trump’s witch trial that way in my opinion.
