There’s something else that isn’t being talked about very much at this time. Remember, the cops in the Rodney King and the George Floyd incidents were prosecuted Federally for civil rights violations. In the Nichols case, the prosecution for “Violation of civil rights under color of authority” is why the law was written. Plus, since this qualifies for a federal prosecution, and since the victim died, these officers are eligible for the death penalty. Crump and the family of the victim should be glad if a deal is made to convict the principals in this murder.
Crump is a grifter in a Savile Row suit. He should be disbarred for his obscene legal escapades.

I had the same thought seeing the officer’s photo earlier.
I think it is. “Relieved of duty”. So is that fired or not, because it/he/she might be a protected class. The facial structure, skin, and hands are very smooth like a female’s. A fat guy still looks a man if he’s born a male. This one doesn’t.
Crump isn’t doing the victim’s family any favors at this point by complaining that a possible witness for the prosecution wasn’t arrested. The family needs to tell him to STFU and take what they can get.

they are being charged locally for murder...feds will get them for civil rights violation. Autopsy says he died from cardiac arrest and kidney failure....gonna be tough to get a 2nd degree murder conviction...theyll add lesser charges later...
I’m not sure why anyone is really concerned about this. They have a black woman as the police chief who lowered the standards to get attract more recruits. The cops themselves just did what comes naturally to them, and administered a gang-style beatdown. This kind of beatdown occurs in every city every day of the week across the country, probably numerous times a day without so much as a raised eyebrow in response.
