GA AG Chris Carr: "This is not Oregon. We are not Washington or New York or California. We’re Georgia. Do not come to our state and engage in violence against our citizens, against our law enforcement or break our laws. It will not be tolerated..."

Prove it, Carr. Throw the book and full weight of prosecution at the 6, and make an example of them. The remaining cowardly masked children will move on from your state, to better accommodations.

I haven’t read much about the prison system in GA. I do know that in some southern states, prison sentences in Max prisons are weighed against “life expectancy”.

How is a shooting in a conservation area deemed terrorism? Maybe I should read the whole article, but . . . .

They shot at police. Big no-no.

ANTIFA only can operate successfully in Leftist-controlled areas where the politicians can direct the police to stand down. They essentially depend on police protection for their terror activities, and those activities support the Leftist politicians.

When ANITFA goes after police, the deal is off, no matter what the authorities say.

"Apparently, it IS tolerated."

Yep. The FBI never pursued any of the out-of-State Antifa members who went to Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Wisconsin, etc., to commit violence.

Crossing state lines and rioting is a federal felony.

“But until now no state officer, or at least an no officer of a major state, has expressed this view of government versus lawlessness so clearly and loudly.”

You never heard about South Carolina locking up BLM thugs a few years ago, using the state’s anti-klan laws. The leftist media never reported it because they don’t want their useful idiots to know that they could sit in state prison for years by rioting in southern states.

“Crossing state lines and rioting is a federal felony.”

Antifa is not being prosecuted by the friendly fascist feds. These are state charges.

Many states in the south have anti-klan laws that allows these states to prosecute the noodle-arm Antifa and BLM. You riot in the south, you face charges of terrorism.
