Yeah, I have been reviewing the restaurant videos in great detail. The food aboard the Celebrity Apex is BEYOND INCREDIBLE. I believe we will even have one day in which oxtails will be served in the Ocean View Cafe for lunch. I know a lot of you reading this think oxtails must be disgusting but, believe me, it is quite a delicious delicacy. And since it is pretty pricey, I am sure going to appreciate them.
