In a court filing from last week, “Governor” Katie Hobbs (D-Ariz.) requested that Kari Lake’s election lawsuit be thrown out, claiming that Lake failed to prove that Arizona voters were disenfranchised in the 2022 elections.
“Despite seven witnesses, hundreds of declarants, and thousands of pages of exhibits, Lake failed to demonstrate any violations of Arizona law and offered no evidence that absent alleged violations the outcome of the election would have been different,” the filing reads.
But on Monday, Lake’s team indicated that more evidence is on the way, and this evidence could be game-changing.
“Yesterday @katiehobbs filed to get our lawsuit thrown out,” the Kari Lake War Room account tweeted. “Today, records revealed nearly a quarter of a million ballots were rejected on Election Day in Maricopa County in a race that came down to just 17K votes. She’s illegitimate & she knows it. More evidence to come.”

More nonsense: it’s overwhelmingly clear that US courts are terrified of confronting election fraud. The courts will do nothing.

If enough of those ballots went to Lake, I think it would be safe to say they also went to Masters and Hamadeh.
Since Mazters has already conceded I’m not sure how much of a difference it would make.
But I think getting Hamadeh, if he’s as stand-up as he campaigned to be, is as important as getting Kari Lake in the Governors office.
I say that because:
1. The two of them could wreak some Holy Hell on Maricopa Cty
2. If the NC legislatures wins its lawsuit, as they should given that clarity of what is in the Constitution, Lake can work with the Legislature to change the voting laws, even if that meant her shaming the RINOs into doing it.

it just doesn’t appear , that after multitudes of suits in multiple states and courts, that the judiciary is going to remedy the problem
its boots on the ground getting in their faces, about cleaning out the the corruption on a precinct by precinct level and about electing legislators that will enact laws protecting their constituents from disenfranchisement of their vote.
the problem is that after decades of neglect, many states have such poor legislative protections of the civil rights of their voters votes that the courts really have “nothing”to rule on

She is a fighter but this is also a very strong case.
Illicitly installed office holders have a large advantage, in that they physically occupy the elective positions they hold.
This is similar to the reasoning that a successful bank robber should be then installed as the bank president and chief financial officer.
Now, banks do go through hostile takeovers, but the instrument used to assert their claim is in the form of legalisms and stock options, not revolvers and open violence.
In a like manner, the takeover of an election outcome by methods of fraud and outright challenge to existing law is much like what happened when the successful bank robber is elevated to control of the bank.
It does not matter how the people vote, it only matters who is counting the votes. That is the challenge.

Never giving up takes a rare kind of courage, since it is often met with disapproval by those who have already thrown in the towel. Fighters are regarded as crazy or delusional or stubborn.
Also, people without courage resent those with courage, because it makes them look bad.
If she wins this lawsuit, she will quickly become the orangest woman in america and they will have 6 ways from sunday to go after her
It will be a game-changer only when a judge who is neither corrupt nor a gutless coward handles the case.
