If you’ve ever worked with classified material you know that there is no such thing as ‘accidentally’ taking some documents.
You are warned repeatedly that ‘oops’ is not a defense, as it is a criminal act to remove classified material- accidentally or not.
In fact it is stressed over and over that ‘accidental’ is not an excuse.
One rule for them and another one for you and me.
Perhaps there are just too many rules to begin with a highly legalized litigation intensive society far from the Constitutional intent of the Founders of the United States of America.
