If it was announced that Biden was resigning due to the Car-a-Lago scandal, I would still have trouble trying to pay attention to the story if the announcer was surrounded by graphics such as used by India Today.

I always change the video speed lower in order to understand what they are saying because they're speech slurs and they talk too fast...same with Chinese, and Mexicans.
However I do not watch their vidos with all the graphic activity as it's soooo distracting.
