I'm subscribed on the BB's email list, so I get their daily notifications of new articles, advertisements, the whole thing. If I had the time I'd post a ton of Bee threads, but I work full-time and my FReeping time is limited.
That said, I certainly second your motion about the need for a Bee Ping list.

I have started a ping list just for the Bee.
I keep it in Excel, so I can quickly find and sort users.
This is the start of tax season, so I won’t be responsive during the day.
Will do my best to look at it when I get home.
