If it’s such an “open secret,” then how can it be used for blackmail?They (media/DNC) strategically deploy it at the "right time". The DNC media puts it in the headlines and keeps it there throughout the campaign period. If McCarthy disobeys his masters they finish him off with a media blitz campaign.
