I don’t really get why they don’t want Biden at the funeral. It’s not like the Pope is so conservative or anything, unless it’s because they don’t want the hassle of the additional security risk and the hoopla.
My guess: Francis in an act of pure pettiness wants to deny Benedict the honor of a US President attending his funeral.
Pope Benedict was very conservative. I’m assuming it’s HIS wish not to have Joke there, or any pro-abort American politician.
