The government is in the business of screwing over good people and protecting bad people.
Bold-faced lie. They most certainly DID prohibit the use.
interesting story.. but there was no way ivermectin could be prescribed, as that would end the Emergency Use classification of the vaccine, thereby ending the billion dollar gravy train the vaccine provided.
BINGO !!!!
Is that why they had the post oriffice confiscating it on pure speculation how it would be used ?

If Trump had come out and said “don’t use the stuff”, it’s use would have been encouraged.
Trump made a big mistake in letting the bureaucracy stifle and ban early covid treatments. We needed an all-hands response from the medical profession not top-down command and control.
It didn’t prohibit it.
What it did was refuse to allow Ivermectin to have the same protections as the inherent drugs Deep State listed as coveted countermeasures.
Health systems and Healthcare providers could still have prescribed it.
But since the liability protections didn’t accrue (see the PREP Act), they chose to refuse to prescribe Ivermectin.
This lot makes Japan’s Unit 731 look like pikers.
...have the same protections as the drugs Deep State listed...
...covered countermeasures...
Ping
I seem to remember that CMS was threatening providers that prescribed anything for covid not recommended by the CDC.
In a just world, the AG’s of South Carolina and Florida would be in front of a Grand Jury securing Indictments for Felony Extortion against the AG of New York, demand he be delivered up to stand trial.
“In a time of deceit
telling the truth is a
revolutionary act.”
They “recommended” and “suggested”.
Since it wasn’t a covered countermeasure, however, it was all for show.
I have ivermectin along with HCQ (hydroxychloroquine) and an antibiotic in my Covid-19 treatment kit. When I had a minor covid infection (like a bad head cold, minor fever, no respiratory impacts) this past August, the ivermectin did not do the trick but HCQ did. Both were taken with zinc to add to efficacy. That doesn’t mean that I’d discount ivermectin, it may just mean that I didn’t have the serious respiratory symptoms that serious cases of covid commonly present.
They have no such authority.
Nevermind that it extremely common, and legal, for doctors to write prescriptions "off label". But for this COVID-19, they had an agenda, or more than one.
It was always in my stated opinion a disgrace that the NIH/CDC did not do any studies of off-the-shelf medicine(s) like the Ivermectin/Zinc/Vitamins/Antibiotic regimen many prominent doctors were using and others tried to use. It would have been very easy to enroll a study when we were seeing 100,000+ new infections every day, and the results would have been known within weeks. Test for viral load, hospitalization, antibody levels, days to recovery, days to negative test, hospitalization rates, whether ventilation was required and duration etc. Instead, they put out junky post hoc studies with small numbers in the effort to dissuade the medical community from trying it. They wanted us to get jabbed and they forced us to wait a year to get the jabs while 100,000's died. Heck even with the jabs, people still died from Covid, and still no study of these regimens. A disgrace. 10 million worldwide dead.
