Trump wants McCarthy because it is a quid pro quo agreement. He supports McCarthy and all of his problems go away. That’s the only thing I can think of.
I keep hearing convoluted reasoning why something happening is a good thing. Nothing ever seems to come of it. People keep touting some dramatic reveal but nothing happens.

Wars take years and years. The current war is decades long.
Those that study wars, they analyze the ups and downs, the advances and setbacks.
The post you responded to is a scored win because President Trump got the goods needed to prevent his demise by the thug lawyer known as Jack Smith.
You apparently missed that and continued to complain, some would say whine.
Wars are not sports games where you get to sit in the stands and cheer or boo. In the beginning and mid phases, the outcomes are never clear. Pyrrhic Victories can be observed for many seasons only to witness a turnabout battle that shifts the momentum and direction.
The war YOU are in seems lost. You have a decision to make. Hide, engage, defect. But it’s evident you’re not aware of the history enfolding before you.

Show me where anything in these claims of chess moves and behind-the-scenes wins has come to pass.
