After the Russia-Ukraine war started, cryptocurrency platform FTX partnered with Ukraine to receive donations in crypto to fund the war, according to CoinDesk. Now FTX is insolvent and all cryptos which have been donated to Ukraine are gone. Did this partnership exist only for the purpose of money laundering?
Here is some evidence...
Estimates say that $200 million in donations were raised but from this $200 million only $22 million were officially used. This leaves the question where the other donations went...

The betting generally follows the polls. The concept is possible but it would have to move the consensus. One guy’s rigged poll wouldn’t do anything.
The real election betting (not incl Wall St) takes place on the exchange in the UK and at the offshore bookies. That is where the limits are significantly higher.
Last election, the UK exchange did more business on it than any other event in it’s 20yr or so history.
The last election is believed to be the single most bet on event in the history of mankind-just not at predict it.

Joe Biden being senile will be his defense which will keep him out of any trouble. I anticipate that Sam Bankman Fried is going to have a New Year’s accident or some other fatal calamity which will exonerate all of the politicians involved. That incentive alone is enough to keep him looking over his shoulders even when he is trying to sleep. He’s not long for this world. He’ll be roasting chestnuts in hell with Epstein who also died while not killing himself.

The best part was the ‘very convenient’ indictment by the Justice Department, just before he was to testify to Congress.
It could be interesting next month. If the Republicans put in a Speaker who is NOT McCarthy, they may still compel Fried to testify...and then you have a power struggle - Congress wanting him to testify, against DOJ, whose job is to assist in his defense.

DOJ will get a “settlement” out of/with SBF and get a friendly judge to seal the records.

Yeah, the GOP will bluster a bit and the media will continue to ignore the issue. Legal think-tanks will wrap themselves into a pretzel explaining how this is totally legal and in no way violates anyone’s rights. Straw-men will be placed front and center as they gas-light the voters by exclaiming, “Of course, the government wanted to make sure no one was spreading ‘mis-information’”.
