The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that Governor Ron DeSantis can impanel a grand jury to investigate COVID vaccine manufacturers Pfizer and Moderna for potential misconduct. At issue: do the mRNA jabs cause heart issues and were the manufacturers aware of the problem?
The court wrote:
A statewide grand jury shall be promptly impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein.
As we reported, DeSantis argued in his petition to the court earlier this month that the Florida Department of Health “found an increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related deaths among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination.” The NY Post reports:
“In Florida, it is illegal to mislead and misrepresent, especially when you are talking about the efficacy of a drug,” DeSantis said during a roundtable with state Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo and a number of scientists and physicians last week.
“We’ll be able to get the data whether they want to give it or not,” added DeSantis.

According to the ruling, the grand jury will look into the following:
(a) Individuals, persons, and entities, including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical manufacturers (and their executive officers) and other medical associations or organizations involved in the design, development, clinical testing or investigation, manufacture, marketing, representation, advertising, promotion, labeling, distribution, formulation, packing, sale, purchase, donation, dispensing, prescribing, administration, or use of vaccines purported to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission;
(b) other criminal activity or wrongdoing that the statewide grand jury uncovers during the course of the investigation if it determines that pursuing the criminal activity or wrongdoing is in the best interests of the investigation…
The ruling is yet another win on a growing list for the popular Republican governor, who cruised to re-election in November and is seen as a strong potential presidential candidate. Naturally, the Leftist press is already freaking out and calling him a vaccine skeptic—as if that’s a bad thing to be after all that we’ve learned—and pointing out that he consorts with people like Stanford professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and Dr. Martin Kuldorff, co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration. (The October 2020 declaration was one of the first writings by prominent scientists to sound the alarm on the dangers of tyrannical COVID policies pursued by so many governments working in concert with vaccine manufacturers.)
DeSantis is right to be looking into this; many scientists and doctors have concerns (that are usually censored), and there’s a growing body of evidence that vaccines do indeed cause harm to some people. There’s nothing wrong with asking questions—it seems strange to me that so many people are afraid of that. If it turns out there’s “no there there,” then we’re wiser as a country and can feel safer regarding the jabs. Why wouldn’t manufacturers and vax enthusiasts want that?
As RedState’s Bonchie wrote: “These massive corporations joined hands with the government via ‘Operation Warp Speed’ to secure billions in profits without having to stand behind their products and statements at all. That’s just not how things should work. These companies should be held accountable for misleading Americans and profiting from the mandates they supported.”
Sunlight is the best disinfectant. DeSantis is shining an important light on a process that kept too many of us in the dark.
Hopefully this is the spark that leads to Nuremburg-type trials.
One of the most egregious and easily proven cases against them is how they hid all the known evidence from their tests showing that these mRNA injections were killing fetuses, at very high percentages, but they still publicly insisted over and over it was perfectly safe for expectant mothers.
They wanted that and other similar information hidden from the public for 50 years. All in the name of profit, and power.
