Kari Lake and her attorneys appeared in court on Monday morning for the historic election contest trial presided by Judge Peter Thompson.

Tomorrow’s trial has been set for 8:30 MST to 4:30 MST.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the entire trial live from Mesa, Arizona. Watch a replay of the trial here.

In the trial, we witnessed bombshell testimony from cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh, election investigator Heather Honey, a Maricopa County whistleblower, and RNC roving attorney Mark Sonnenklar.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer and Election Director Scott Jarrett were also called to the stand to be examined and cross-examined by attorneys for Kari Lake and Maricopa County.

Roving Attorney Mark Sonnenklar stated, “It was really pandemonium out there everywhere” due to the failures of tabulation machines and ballot-on-demand printers.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Parikh testified under oath that he inspected a sample of ballots yesterday, and it was “easily identifiable” that nearly half of them were printed with a 19-inch ballot image on 20-inch paper. He also stated that this could not have happened accidentally or by coincidence, and this caused Election Day tabulators across Maricopa County to not read ballots, creating extremely long wait times for Election Day voters.

Scott Jarrett claimed that these voting machine failures and over 2-hour waits on Election Day did not cause a disruption on Election Day in Maricopa County. Such BS!

Heather Honey gave an incredible testimony on the chain of custody failures that rendered OVER 300,000 ballots invalid.

Stephen Richer confirmed that the ballot chain of custody was broken from the very beginning because they did not count the ballots at vote centers before transporting them to the Election Center. This leaves massive vulnerabilities for cheating!

Here are a few more notes from today’s hearing in Maricopa County.

What difference does it make anyway! The Democrats won. They rigged the election game over.

Karis team had a really good day. Let’s put it this way if this was Stacy Abrams and this was Georgia in 2018 this amount of evidence presented MSNBC would be holding a 24 hour vigil outside the governors mansion waiting for Kemp to step down.

The ballot on the right was stretched out on the larger paper. That had to be a deliberate act to sabotage the ballot.

I think the ballot on the right is the correct one, a 20” ballot.
The one on the left has been shrunk (shrink to print) or the image was too small on the server.

It is at least possible it was also either negligence or incompetence. If so people.should still go to jail and a new election be called.

"If so people should still go to jail and a new election be called."

Such people should go for a short drop and quick stop.

Simple case of changing margins at the print driver or page setup.

Very interesting. Ever so slight difference in length of paper, but printing is 1” off. Oh they say there was no 19” paper used?

Very tricky fraud.

Still More #ComDem_Insanity!

Would not read properly. Often marked wrong by voter. Ballot voided and issued new ballot.

It does happen, but not that often. I’ve worked elections for many years. It is only recently that we used electronic counting, prior to a few years ago, be hand counted all from (scan able) paper ballots.

I was election judge again this time in my local precinct, we had a single ballot that did not read properly. The man who cast the ballot had nerve damage issue and it was hard for him to fill in the blocks to be scanned. We gave permission and watched as his wife finished filling in the blocks he had marked (no ballot position changed, she just filled the block he had already marked). Then the ballot was accepted.

Machines are fast, but not very smart. Human interface is another issue.

Roving Attorney Mark Sonnenklar stated, “It was really pandemonium out there everywhere” due to the failures of tabulation machines and ballot-on-demand printers.

Since the "discrepancy" and resulting pandemonium caused a large number of legal voters to be illegally denied their vote, a new election must be called and calendared.

The present declared winners are sitting without proper validation caused by the preventable delay and subsequent voter nullification. Who is the judge in this proceeding?

I thought they printed ballots on 20” paper which didn’t fit in the ballot counters; jamming the counter.

Kari Lake’s theory of the case depends on the disruption causing at least 15K voters to give up on voting on Election Day.

The problem for her is that courts don’t work on theory. They need a list of several thousand people who were thus affected to wi on those grounds.

Better is the chain of custody question. Arizona law requires that, and they have good evidence that law was ignored. That alone would invalidate the election. Lake doesn’t need to prove false ballots were injected, opening the door to allow that was enough.

Correct. I'd hope her Attorney knows this and has planned accordingly.
