This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“We’ll have more details to share on the schedule soon. But again, just a quick overview: President Biden will first welcome President Zelenskyy at the White House for bilateral meetings. There will be the press conference and the opportunity to address members of the public. And then there will be an address by President Zelenskyy to a joint session of Congress demonstrating the strong bipartisan support for Ukraine. And then President Zelenskyy will return, after just a few short hours on the ground, to his people in Ukraine.”
It does look like 1 Patriot Battery
“In fact, tomorrow, President Biden will announce a significant new package of nearly $2 billion of security assistance for Ukraine. It will contain a very important new capability: a Patriot missile battery, which will be a critical asset to defend the Ukrainian people against Russia’s barbaric attacks on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. We will train Ukrainian forces on how to operate the Patriot missile battery in a third country. This will take some time, but Ukrainian troops will take that training back to their country to operate this battery.”

“Why the capture of a Russian T-90M tank matters”
“The top-of-the-range model is loaded with the latest tech. Western armies can learn from it”
“Ukraine’s rapid offensive in Kharkiv, in the country’s north-east, brought many prizes. Swathes of territory have been won back and Ukraine’s army captured around a brigade’s worth of military equipment from the fleeing Russians. One of the greatest surprises uncovered was a single t-90m tank. It is one of at least 380 Russian tanks seized since the war began, yet it is uniquely useful. What is the t-90m tank, and why does it matter?
Seizing a weapon can provide valuable insight into the state of an enemy’s military technology. That makes countries protective of their weapons in war. American efforts to inspect the t-72 throughout the Cold War backfired on several occasions, until a rogue Romanian arms dealer sold one to American agents in 1987, supposedly as scrap metal. The deal was later uncovered and made public by the kgb. The prized t-72 had been in service for 14 years before America finally had a chance to inspect it, by which time it had already been superseded. By contrast, the t-90m has been in service for just two years.”

Battle descriptions from “War in Ukraine Explained”/”Reporting from Ukraine”:

Today there were new developments in the Luhansk region and a series of counterattacks both by the Ukrainians and Russians in the Donetsk region. When it comes to the new developments in the Luhansk region, the Ukrainians increasingly started to target Russian ammunition depots, command centers, and reinforcements.
Over the last four days, the Ukrainians have hit with HIMARS rockets the settlement of Lantrativka, multiple times. Lantrativka is a crucial logistical hub for the Russian forces because this is the first settlement that any convoy that is coming from Russia goes through. But what is even more important is that there is only one railroad that goes from Russia to the Luhansk region, and this railroad also goes through Lantrativka.
Another settlement that the Ukrainians have hit a lot with their precision strikes is Svatove. Now, the Ukrainians have recently made some major advancements near Svatove, collapsing the front line by around 5 km east. Right now, the Russians are experiencing a very difficult situation in Volodymyrivka and Kuzemivka, which are only 10 to 15 km from Svatove, so it looks like the Russians tried to reinforce this region to stabilize the front line.
Unfortunately for the Russians, moving forces around necessarily leads to forces concentration, which is exactly what the Ukrainians are exploiting here. The Ukrainians are destroying ammunition and manpower concentrations in the logistical hubs of the Luhansk region, in order to minimize the number of shells and troops that will come to the front line.
A somewhat similar situation is happening around Bakhmut. Here the Ukrainians have been conducting a lot of precision strikes as well. As you remember, the Russians in Bakhmut have suffered severe losses and were in need of reinforcement. Most of the reinforcements are coming from the Luhansk area. This is where a lot of Russian troops rest and recuperate, and this is where there are a lot of Wagner Group bases. Over the last four days, the Ukrainians have hit Kadiivka, Irmino, Shchastia, Novoselivka, and Alchevsk multiple times.
In Kadiivka and Irmino, the Ukrainians managed to destroy several ammunition depots. In Shchastia, the Ukrainians eliminated 16 Russian service members and destroyed 12 pieces of equipment. In other areas, the Ukrainians targeted the command centers and concentrations of forces. When it comes to the Bakhmut City itself, today’s reports suggest that the Russians once again assaulted Siniat factory, and this time they managed to establish control over this industrial area.
The Ukrainians also conducted offensive actions, but these happened to the south of Bakhmut. According to the Institute for the Study of War, Russian forces reportedly lost certain positions south of Bakhmut. A Russian military correspondent reportedly embedded in a unit fighting south of Bakhmut admitted that Ukrainian forces managed to dislodge Russian troops from unspecified positions they fought for “all autumn.”
But the biggest news today is that President Zelensky visited Bakhmut. He awarded some soldiers with medals and gave some gifts to others. During the interview, you can clearly hear gunfire and explosions from artillery shells.
After the visit became known to the public, the Head of the Wagner Group Private Military Company decided to make a video from the front as well. He showed how he orders to shoot Bakhmut from artillery as a way of inviting Zelensky to come and talk.
In the meantime, there was an explosion in another key Russian logistical town. This time a vehicle exploded near Chonhar. Some sources say that this was a rocket attack, however, it looks more like sabotage.
Lastly, there was a massive explosion on the territory of the Russian Federation. One of the main Russian gas pipeline exploded. After the explosion, a strong fire started and the heat from the fire was felt even in the neighboring village. Russian officials did not report the cause of the explosion. As you can see, this was a very important pipeline. With the Nord Stream and Ukrainian pipelines being inoperable, Russia relied on the pipeline that goes through Belarus, and also the one that goes to Turkey, but with the explosions in the Chvashi district, only the Belorussian one remains in full use.

Thanks for posting!
WiU is losing viewers due to his lack of actual battle information. Maybe all his contacts from the early days are dead.
His general and strategic information are often just subjective opinions based on unknown information sources. Some are completely wrong, especially on China.
Thank you, France!
Comm jamming (spoofing, LOCs disrupted) can force individual SAM systems into autonomous mode. They would have authority to fire based on certain criteria such as: incorrect IFF/SIF, aircraft or helo is attacking friendly ground forces, flying outside of safe corridors, flying low and fast inside safe corridors, etc.
If I had to guess, I would guess that the helo pilot got disoriented and attacked friendly (Russian) ground forces. This can happen whenever the ground situation is changing rapidly.
The Russian Pantsir-S1 operator simply did his job.
Update on Russian military operations in Ukraine for December 21, 2022:
- Pentagon admits Russia is gaining ground in Bakhmut; - Zelensky visit to Bakhmut mirrors similar visit to Lysychansk before it fell to Russian forces;
- Western media admits Russia has Ukraine outgunned 6 to 1 in Bakhmut;
- Claims that Russian losses are as significant as catastrophic toll Ukraine is suffering in Bakhmut does not reflect reality if Russia outguns Ukraine significantly;
- Bakhmut is a significant transportation hub and a crucial fortified position along one of Ukraine's last major defensive lines in the east;
- The fall of Bakhmut may lead to a similar breakthrough like Popasna;
- Russian forces appear interested in destroying Ukraine's military at Bakhmut more than taking the city itself;
“The Russian Pantsir-S1 operator simply did his job. “
He has my congratulations.
