If the White guy had fought back, he would have been prosecuted to the full extent of the Law and then some extra. And the Black guy would have walked. This way, he may go to the hospital, but he avoids jail. But I am sure they will find something to charge the White guy with.

The pavement ape will no doubt testify to the fact that the white kid repeatedly called him a nagger on numerous occasions and will have the support of all of his fellow primates who will also testify to the fact that the scrawny white kid was the most in your face racist since David Duke, Robert Byrd, or George Wallace.
