TEACH YOUR KIDS TO DEFEND THEMSELVES. He should have gotten up and moved out of range, gotten some chairs and tables between them, etc. This was a tiger getting into pouncing position.

If the White guy had fought back, he would have been prosecuted to the full extent of the Law and then some extra. And the Black guy would have walked. This way, he may go to the hospital, but he avoids jail. But I am sure they will find something to charge the White guy with.
