Take a look at Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley attempt to interview union leader Mick Lynch about rail strikes leading into Christmas. Actually it is pretty much a one sided interview since Madeley sounded like he was interviewing himself with Lynch only barely able to get a word in edgewise.
This could go down as the WORST television interview disaster since Brock Linehan interviewed Bob Hope.

Huh? I had to look that up. Apparently Brian Linehan was a Canadian television interviewer parodied by Martin Short as Brock Linehan. "Brock" used to ask long rambling questions based on inadequate or faulty research. How many people in Canada, US or UK or anywhere else actually know or remember that?
SCTV was very funny but they had a nasty habit of using real people's names. Joey Heatherton should have sued them to death for Catherine O'Hara's Lola Heatherton. Happy Commercial Christmas Anyway.
Worst TV interview I ever saw was in the summer of 1979 when some BBC type guy tried to interview Gerry Rafferty.
The INCEL humblegunner again doing projection. Therefore we know what his family situation was like. Just like he is constantly ranting against gays. Yes, yes, we also know the reason for that obsession. Since he finds it impossible to be with women we know what he has sought out as an alternative as evidenced by his rantings which are actually projections.
The funny thing is that a few years before joining SCTV, Martin Short was interviewed by Brian Linehan. That experience is what probably led to him doing that parody on SCTV a few years later.
I think one of the worst interviews was of Jerry Seinfeld by Cindy Crawford. I am trying to find it but it seems to have been scrubbed from the Internet and her show too.
