Right, and if they release the last 3% of the documents and their is no proof that CIA was behind it, would you believe that?

Even if all records from the assassination were released, there would be claims that all the records hadn’t been released especially those that support whatever conspiracy theory some believe in.
There is/are some records in the release, dated this month, that go into RIF's of records not released. If I recollect, for at least some, if not many, the records are logged but were not found for release. In other words, stolen.
This suggests the intent was to release ALL, but among the hundreds of thousands of pages, there are bound to be some that will never be "released" due to their no longer being releasable.
