Why don’t we reduce the number of illegal immigrants in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention by deporting them?

Years ago, the Tennessee legislature sued the Fed’s over costs associated with medical care refugees, that had been settled by Soetero, were receiving in Tennessee. They argued that the state never agree to pay those bills, was a burden on taxpayers and all costs should be shifted to the Fed’s.

It went in and out of court for years and it was finally dismissed. Dismissed because the Governor and AG, at the time, didn’t back the suit, forcing the legislature to hire outside counsel. So, the corrupt federal judge decided that legislature couldn’t do that. Case was tossed.

Fast forward. Pres Trump gives states, counties, cities and towns the ability to opt out of the refugee resettlement programs. I don’t think many took advantage of it, if any at all.

It would be wonderful if the Republican states banded together and filed a class action suit on the same grounds.

But that ain’t gonna happen. Too many RINO Governors, AGs and legislatures to take any action like that.

Article I Section 8 in the Constitution says:

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization...
This is what the courts have said gives Congress plenary power to set immigration law.

However... The word "uniform" seems to be overlooked in their interpretations.

Someone should file a lawsuit challenging Congress that their actions regarding immigration are arbitrary and capricious, and are not being uniformly applied to all immigration cases.

To what purpose?

WELLLLLL, given that many of these INVADERS are being sent to RED STATES NOT BLUE STATES, the UNIPARTY wants to CHANGE THE DEMOGRAPHICS/COMPOSITION OF CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS via the UNITED STATES CENSUS.

Remember how the RATS were frothing at the mouth to get ILLEGALS COUNTED IN THE CENSUS?

I’m failing to see any difference between this and what has been happening for the last two years.

I think Governor Abbott should activate the National Guard and order them to the border.Of course The Big Guy would never allow that but it would force him to “Federalize” the Guard as Ike and/or JFK did during desegregation, thus pointing out that his puppet masters haven't the slightest desire to defend the border.

Meanwhile, from NYS...

SUNY cheapens tuition for refugee students

Last time I checked, the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 still forbids this.
