Bless her for trying but the judges are either corrupt or they won’t go against the system for fear of the punishment they will receive.
That is exactly what is in dispute.
Lake has brought a careful and thorough challenge, that deserves to be heard.
There are many thousands of contested ballots due to signature matches, ballot chain of custody, and the famous ballot tabulation machines that were “out of order” in Republican areas.
Not to mention the mismatched ballots that had already been counted, that got mixed in with uncounted ballots.
The ballots in dispute easily exceed the margin of victory by an order of magnitude or more.
None of this is to say that the ballots were fraudulent, just that the problems are so serious that they deserve a full hearing on the merits.
There’s no reason to object to that if you think the election was properly run.

When all of the other Uniparty cheating fails to defeat a MAGA candidate, Maricopa County will just stuff the ballot box with more ballots than voters, as was done in PA and MI and elsewhere. It’s obvious that they are rigging elections, but as long as no one will do anything about it, it will continue.

Let me tell you why. I work for a Santa Monica based company. We are as leftist as any company could ever be. with literal career credits for diversity and inclusion. If I were to jump on this bandwagon, I’d better godamned well be right. I’m out of a job either way, with one in college and another on the way. A Mortgage, and other bills, etc. No one is dumbed down. The reality is, Kari is in this alone until she convinces people that the election was hers and hers alone. Problems and tabulators are not enough. We know, we lived it. It can’t just be that it was sloppy, but that it was stolen. Only then can I give everything up to the fight. Call me and others cowards if you like, but you don’t walk in our shoes, you don’t feel our frustration. Give us what we need... and only then will we throw all caution to the wind.

thats what laws and courts are supposed to do protect the weak from the strong. no offense meant, but thats what they are for, when they fail to do their job we need to rise up or surrender.

Then, I suppose I’m the surrender monkey. I work in a company where 90% of my coworkers mock people like Kari Lake as a habit. I just shut my mouth, and read and read and read! I’m in total agreement that out of millions of voters we’re down to 17,000. Was there shenanigans on election day? Yes. We all know it. Did those broken tabulators cause 17.000 people to go home or have their votes not counted? I do consider that a possibility. But, WTF can I do about it? I voted. It was counted (or at least “accepted”) according to Katie Hobb’s own website. We should have been ahead by 100,000 but we weren’t. Table scraps! We need more proof than voter suppression, closed voting locations due to some judges decision, etc. I hope she has more, cause I’m not seeing it. Perhaps, next time, we nominate Kimberly Yee- She kicked everyone’s ass, hands down.

There were several clear violations of AZ law, which are spelled out in the lawsuit. Most of the 2020 cases filed over that stolen election were thrown out, on specious grounds, by Democrat appointed judges. Actual evidence was rarely presented. Those who gloat about “no evidence” and “no wins” in court ignore the fact that evidence is available, but not allowed to be presented. The Lake lawsuit has been assigned to a Judge who did his undergraduate at BYU. He also attended BYU law school and was a 10-year Army reservist. Those facts point in the direction of his being a solid conservative and gives hope that the evidence may actually be allowed to be presented. For the sake of election integrity, let’s hope, for the good of the nation that Lake gets her day in court.
