New program - just go to Mexican consulate and get pre-approved complete with temporary legalization, and then you are taken directly across the border into California and given all the free stuff legally - work permit, housing voucher, medical voucher, phone etc. From there pick the state/city to live in and then given tickets there.

I can attest to this.

I live way north in Calif, and have noticed a huge optical of homeless on our streets.

Not the usual raggedy dirt poor homeless,,, oh no.

Our new homeless now walk around in brand new shoes, clothing, backpacks.
Most of the time walking with their nose in a cell phone.

Sometimes they have new bikes,
sometimes electric bikes, and with. bike trailers.
