I don’t think so. I believe he is of Scottish ancestry, hence the last name, MacIsaac.
I read that his father, a Colonel in the Air Force with 30 years service tried to help him get the FBI
to look into the laptop.
The father went to the FBI office in Albuquerque and had the most humiliating experience of his life.
He was told by an agent who would not give his name that he should lawyer up and get out of his office.
