This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

“we’d need a buffer state between Russia and Ukraine”

Yep. Any peace agreement will require a UN / NATO peace keeping force on the border.

Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin may be gay.

“A Russian man who introduces himself as an ex-convict who served sentence with Wagner’s Prigozhyn claims the latter was providing sexual services to other prisoners.”

I think Elon Musk had the closest to the correct approach Withdraw to the boundaries existing in 2021

Musk’s idea is now a non-starter - Russia has gone too far. Its all of Ukraine including Crimea now - at the minimum acceptable to the Ukraine people who are doing the actual fighting and dying.

Update on Russian military operations in Ukraine for November 29, 2022

- Western media admits heavy losses by Ukraine around eastern city of Bakhmut;
- Pentagon worries Ukraine is expending more artillery rounds than can be supplied by the West;
- West appears “baffled” over Russia fighting a battle absorbing huge amounts of Ukrainian soldiers’ lives, equipment, and ammunition, despite Moscow declaring “demilitarization” as the first objective of the current special military operation;
- US defense contract Boeing proposes sending 150km long-range rockets for Ukraine’s remaining HIMARS and M270s, but admits production numbers will be small;

“Musk’s idea is now a non-starter - Russia has gone too far.”

Putin’s regime has simply lost all credibility, to deal with on normal terms.

- There was a political settlement before, but Putin just invaded anyway. The invasion flouted not only those agreements, but the very the UN charter and the modern International legal system. Simple, blatant conquest and armed robbery.

- The systematic program of horrendous war crimes (mass torture, genocide, mass terror targeting civilians) cannot be rewarded, and must be punished. Their deliberate actions have flouted the Geneva and Hague Conventions, establishing the International laws of warfare, and shock the conscience. No one wants to acquiesce to having the world to descend into that depth of unrestrained oppression and criminality.

- Even to this day, the highly Government controlled Russian media continue to promote a much broader desire for Russian conquest, beyond even the former Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact, often with bloodthirsty rhetoric. Ask a Lithuanian or Pole about what Russian language media says about them (and us).

They have proven that they can’t be trusted with a settlement, and the barbaric brutality they have committed simply cannot be tolerated. They have to be defeated, de-militarized, and de-mafiaized.

Russian forces have crossed the river south of Bakhmut, and continue a slow encirclement, at huge cost of their troops lives. It is like WWI there.

Our buddy Chuck speculates:

@ChuckPfarrer 2h

"HANGING BY 3 THREADS: The keys to the control of Crimea’s logistical, fuel and food supplies are the highly vulnerable Kerch Straits Bridge, and the occupied city of Melitopol. The liberation of Melitopol would cut off Crimea from reinforcement and supply from the UKR mainland."

“Along with the crews to operate them.”

The bigger Countries like France generally provide a package of training, ammo and maintenance support for the systems they provide.

No other country has sent their own crews into the Ukraine, unless it has been covertly.
