Desantis’ Top Donor Admits Accessing Chinese Markets Is Top Focus
National File ^ | 18 November 2022 | Paul Aubert

Ken Griffin, who is pushing for a Desantis presidential bid, has a history of fundraising for Biden and Obama.

Florida Governor Ron Desantis’ top donor has made some controversial comments concerning his relationship with China.

Ken Griffin, the billionaire CEO of Citadel, who funded $5 million towards Ron Desantis’ gubernatorial campaign and is vying for a Desantis 2024 presidential run, admitted his hedge fund is prioritizing China as its “center of focus.”

Griffin, who has countersignaled a Trump 2024 run, wants to “increase the size of our commitment” in China and supported CCP leader Xi Jinping for his economic leadership, saying it helped “re-accelerated China’s growth.”

Griffin described Trump as a “three-time loser” and hopes the 45th president of the United States will “see the writing on the wall” and give up his 2024 bid.

“I’d like to think that the Republican party is ready to move on from somebody who has been for this party a three-time loser,” Griffin stated, citing Trump’s 2020 loss and blaming Trump for the GOP leadership losing two Georgia Senate seats.

Despite the lack of a “red wave” in the Midterms, Griffin described the midterm results as “a great moment — American voters came out in droves. This was a triumph of democracy.”

“I’m quite happy about the midterms,” the billionaire added.

“But whatever floats DeSantis’ boat.”

I stand by my post. You are out to destroy DeSantis.

I know...post an article from some nobody, from a nobody website, and assume everything is true what nobody author says. Happens every day here.

“DeSantis needs to drop this guy and then I will believe he isn’t for GOPe.”

The guy doesn’t work for DeSantis.

Obviously you are hoping to reduce contributions to Desantis in order to weaken him.

When the DeSantis talk first started, he was the one that it was time for Republicans and the GOP to “move away from populism” and get back to “embracing the relationship between the GOP and corporate America”. Or some such blather.

Translation......F**K Main St. Let’s let Wall St get back to destroying the country with low skilled illegals taking jobs and others being sent offshore.

10-4...

DeSantis keeps selling bits of his soul for ‘chump change’, I won’t be voting for him.

Likewise for Trump. He sells bits of his soul for ‘chump change’, I won’t be voting for him either.

Last 6+ years have woke me up to many things.
And many of them things have come at a cost to the American people as a whole.

Not playing that game anymore.
Not buying into that game anymore.

I will sit it out if I have to, be assured.

“Anything to win, eh? This is not good news. DeSantis is in the process of losing my vote for the 2028 election. (Yes, that’s ‘28)”

ROTFLMAO!

For the record, Ken Griffin has a horrible track record bankrolling political candidates.

Just ask Richard Irvin, mayor of Aurora IL what happened to him in his bid to be the Republican Candidate for Gov of Illinois.

Ken Griffin picking political winners is like any one of us hitting the powerball when it gets over $1,000,000,000

If DeSantis shows his independence from Griffin and those like him, the Wall St/Hedgefund crowd, Griffin and the rest will abandon him. No more money.

They see that DeSantis has momentum. He’s the horse they’re hitching their cart to, for now.

If he comes out and starts talking more like Pres Trump and less like the GOPe, Chamber of Commerce, UNIPARTY hacks, that money spigot is turned off.

Let’s see who will then be the beneficiary...Pence, Haley, Pompeo, Hutchison, Youngkin(?), possibly Yeb if there’s no one else, maybe Noem, Baker, Hogan...everyone of them will go down in flames no matter what.

You lie just to try to destroy DeSantis. DeSantis is our greatest conservative and has the Ever-Trumpers AND leftists scared that he might run.

“I will sit it out if I have to, be assured.”

So your previous post that you would support DeSantis if he were nominated can be thrown in the toilet?

This was one of my main reasons for liking Trump’s presidential bid. He already had lots of money, and would not be easily bought off.

My blood was shed for this country, just as yours may have been.

Be careful with all your bluster and bravado, as well as labeling.

Karma is real and shat has a nasty bad habit of coming back around to haunt mofos. Bet.

Not my fault in the least bit that you fail at either reading or comprehending what you read, or perhaps both.

He could have easily turned down this scumbag globalist’s money. Could have also turned down the Club for (china) Growth money.

Bingo! If he is running he will turn it down with a major fanfare, all in an attempt to appear as attractive as DJT.

Reminds me of globalist Bush on the aircraft carrier. What a show...Mission Accomplished!

He looted the American treasure of 3+ trillion for a “Compassionate” 10 year long war, and left us holding an empty bag. We won nothing but death and death.

Well, that’s reassuring.

I tried to tell everybody a month ago. RDS could have stopped all the talk if, indeed, it was just talk with one Trump supporting statement. That he did not not only makes me question his America First creds, but makes me question his intellect.

Dumb, Dumb, Dumb.

How much did he give to Biden.

In 2018 he gave $1 million to TRUMP and $62 million to republican PACS.

Did you ever see that Desantis campaign commercial, it made the rounds about 3 weeks ago...It then quickly disappeared from the internet...Without exaggeration, they depicted Desantis as saint sent by God, a true life superhero. Made me recoil..
