McCarthy will likely get what he wants, too ... it's just that I don't like what I suspect McCarthy wants, such as the delusional practice of many Republican Speakers to "reach across the aisle" and "get things done for the American people" in a bi-partisan way (except there is no bi-partisanship with an opposition party that is dedicated to destroying you!).
I think we’ll go with honesty and following the Constitution instead. So simple and no one has tried it in a long time. We’ve done the opposite for so long and now look where we are, corruption is the norm.
The democrats will fight him tooth and nail for anything. Toss in a few squish republicans and people like Emmer, the Dems will still run the show. SAdly
Anyone that has faith in McCarthy and the republicans, I have a bridge to sell you.
